Oulton Hall Wedding Photographer | Becca & Adam | Wedding Photographer Leeds
This Saturday I returned once again to the wonderful Oulton Hall Hotel for the wedding of Becca and Adam. Oulton Hall is a wonderful venue and one of those you don’t need to worry about if the weather isn’t so great because there is so many inside photo options. The weather started off wet and a bit gloomy but by the time we got to Becca’s mum and dads house it had cleared up quite a bit. I had such a warm welcome on arrival and I have to say both families were fantastic all day the nicest people you will ever meet! The house was wonderfully decorated with all things weddingy and Becca wonderful dress was hung ready for me to shoot.
After the prep was done we left for the church to catch up with the lads for 5 before the start of the ceremony. Adam and the lads were very dapper if a little nervous and soon it was time for them to make their was to the front to await Becca’s arrival.
Becaa arrived in a open top Beauford and all ready to get started. A beautiful ceremony followed with two fab readings with plenty of photo opportunities to be had. On arrival at Oulton hall I let the coupe have some time with their guests first which is always how I like to do it whilst we captured candids of everyone and also checked out the wedding breakfast room. Once the group shots were quickly dealt with it was couples time. Using a mix of natural light and off camera flash we soon had Becca and Adam back to their guests ready for the wedding breakfast.
What followed can only be described as the funniest speeches I have ever seen! All of them were hilarious and I found myself laughing out loud on several occasions. After a few more couples shots inside this time we all made out way to the Claret Jug for the evening do where we set up a slideshwo of some of the iages we had taken during the day for everyone to have a look at. After a lovely first dance we left them all to it to dance the night away. Such a fantastic time thank you all to Adam and Becca and especially to the families for making us feel so so welcome.
