Hello and Welcome
Well I guess this is the part where I tell you all about me and how all this started! OK so here goes… I started my career nine years ago as a graphic designer in the advertising and marketing industry. After developing photography skills as part of my design work I soon came to realise that this is where my true passion lies. I then took the decision to move into photography full time. Working in creative and design-led environments has undoubtedly made me a better photographer, providing me with advanced colouring, retouching and Photoshop skills.
There is much more to being a great wedding photographer than simply knowing how to use a camera competently. My degree in Visual Communications and creative nature have led to my success and unique style. Without these influences I wouldn’t be where I am today. Weddings are something a photographer has to “feel” to be able to capture successfully. Being there with a camera is not enough.
I am based in Leeds, West Yorkshire, and capture weddings all over the UK and beyond.
So what’s my style?
My approach to wedding photography is to capture natural, candid expressions and moments in a relaxed atmosphere – and above all to make it fun! The aim is to create a look that is fresh, simple and stylish, combining a mix of photojournalistic and contemporary styles. The gallery will give you an idea of my style of photography and show how the energy and emotion of the day can be captured. I also offer more traditional group and posed shots if you would like. In addition I will always be on the lookout for all the detail shots such as button holes, table decorations, bouquets and jewellery which all add to your memories of the day.

My photography is about beauty, emotion, love, fun, glamour, drama, and most importantly it’s about you! My aim is to provide you with totally unique images that are as individual as you and the day you have planned. It is about you, your venue, your surroundings, your loved ones and your emotions – not just snapshots of the day.
